We had never used removalist before and decided to give it a go. We had Gill and Kane come out who were so kind and polite, who worked hard and fast continuously but carefully the entire time and was well worth the money!! I got my house moved from one location to another location in Point Cook this January. The crew came spot on time and moved my stuff with utmost care and precaution. I never had such a pleasant experience with any movers so far. Not a single scratch on any of my items and no damage. They moved by whole 4 bedroom house in just 4 hours. I was watching them dissembling and assembling my furniture and they did the job like their own household stuff. Thanks to My Movers for such a relaxed move.

Arrived half an hour late, slow moving everything and ignored our advice on how to get certain items out (took far too long with sofa, when we tried to tell them how we got it in they told us they knew what they were doing). Spent too much time chatting and on phones, partner and I were moving a lot quicker hoping they’d match our pace, also kept reminding them of our strict time frame which also ignored. My partner’s family has had bad experiences with this company in the past, if I knew this beforehand I would never have used them!

I booked the move a week and a half in advance but I got a little scare when they tried to delay the time. Thankfully they didn’t and the move went ahead as scheduled. The two boys who came to move our stuff were great. They were very friendly and fast. I would definitely use them again.

I had to move from my 2*1 villa to a different one. The villa was filled with different kinds of stuff. The team from My Moovers were careful enough to not damage anything. They finish the job before the expected time they quoted. Their service is pocket friendly. They deserve every penny they charge. I am glad that I found this moving company.

I was very impressed by Rich and Marcelo’s professionalism and the care they took with our articles. We had to move several large pieces of delicate wooden furniture and arrived without a scratch and having traveled a considerable distance by hand. He was also efficient and careful with our many smaller items. I would definitely hire again.
