To help stop the spread of COVID-19, the Australian government has enforced a complete shutdown of non-essential services. As of right now, freight, logistics and home delivery are considered an essential service and we will, therefore, continue to operate and move our customers until we are told not to.

What We’re Doing
We’re taking several precautions to help ensure our customers can move risk-free.
- We’ve got extra staff on hand. We know a lot of our customer rely on their friends and family to help with a move, especially packing and unpacking, and with the need to self-isolate, that might not be practical or the best thing to do during this time. This is why we are providing extra manpower where needed so you can do the right thing and not miss a beat while you move.
- Our staff are also ready to help with urgent moves. If you unfortunately have to close business or move quickly, our team are on hand to make this process as quick and easy as possible.
- We’re committed to exemplary hygiene standards and regularly sanitise our fleet to ensure your belongings are safe.
How Will This Affect Your Move?
To make sure the moving process is as smooth as possible for everyone involved, we ask that you need to take a few precautions throughout the moving process.
We all have a part to play in making sure you move safely with no undue effect on the outside world. To keep our staff safe, we ask that you regularly wash your hands and sanitise your living spaces.
